Activity description

The OAS Project for Stockpile Management and Destruction in Central America was elaborated with the purpose of reinforcing national capacities in the prevention and combating the illicit traffic of firearms and ensure the adequate inventory management. In that line, the project provided legislative support to each one of the Central American countries to secure that national legislation was in line with the CIFTA and other international instruments related to the illicit trade of firearms.
