This publication sets out to increase the understanding of government officials on how to develop an effective inter-agency coordinating mechanism and enhance the role of the National Point of Contact (NPC) for the ATT and the UNPoA; provide government officials with an understanding of the role of their agency and their own portfolio in ratifying and implementing the ATT as well as in implementing the UNPoA; improve collaboration and coordination in order to achieve simple and effective reporting; help government officials to enhance regional collaboration and build a strong network of NPCs.
