Activity description

During Fiscal Year 2012 the US Africa Command (USAFRICOM) continued its work in Chad on explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) and explosive remnants of war (ERW) operations, which began in Fiscal Year 2010. In Fiscal Year 2012, the mission expanded to include demining, stockpile management, and medical first-responder training.
