From 6 to 20 May 2021, the International Peace Support Training Centre (IPSTC) and the Regional Centre for Small Arms (RECSA) held the 2nd Physical Security and Stockpile Management (PSSM) Training of Trainers (TOT) course. The 3-week long course drew 22 participants from Eastern Africa Standby Force (EASF) member states (Burundi, Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda) serving in military and police components.
