ECOWAS commission Facilitates Regional Training on Physical Security and Stockpile Management

Activity description
From 17 February 2020 to 21 February 2020 ECOWAS, in partnership with Nigeria and Germany, organised a regional training on PSSM activities. During the training, participants agreed on the need to create a regional pool of experts on PSSM activities in order to enhance the peace and security architecture of the region.
The five-day training was also supported by Multinational Small Arms and Ammunition group (MSAG), the Nigerian Command and Staff College and BICC who organised specific training sessions.
