This workshop organized by Nonviolence International Southeast Asia and Parliamentarians for Global Action – both members of the Control Arms network – brought together parliamentarians from a number of states of the Asia-Pacific region. The participants adopted a plan of action to take steps to encourage swift signature and ratification of the ATT. In addition to the Plan of Action, a country Roadmap were also created to look at strategies for disseminating information, increasing awareness, and making resources more available to facilitate signature and ratification of the Treaty.
