During Fiscal Year 2013 the Office of Weapons Removal and Abatement in the US Department of State's Bureau of Political-Military Affairs (PM/WRA) funded work by the Danish Demining Group on Conventional Weapons Disposal (CWD) and Physical Security and Stockpile Management (PSSM) in Somalia. The Danish Demining Group conducted projects for MANPADS reduction and PSSM improvements. In total, the US State Department provided $3.92 million for Conventional Weapons Disposal (CWD) in Somalia during Fiscal Year 2013.
