Activity description

From 14 to 16 October 2019, the Small Arms Survey, with funding from the ATT Voluntary Trust Fund (ATT VTF), organised a workshop to support Zambia preparing the  initial report on measures to implement the ATT. The workshop took place in Lusaka, bringing together the relevant actors needed to draft Zambia’s ATT initial report. The workshop also aimed at raising awareness on the purposes and importance of the initial report.

Zambia submitted its initial ATT report in February 2020. The submitted report was based on the draft initial report prepared during the workshop. The Republic of Zambia shared its experience of preparing an initial report via an intervention and a lessons learnt-report during the first preparatory committee meeting for ATT CSP6
