Activity description

RECSA organized a workshop to present the study report on the 'Synergies and Complementarities of the ATT, UNPoA, Nairobi Protocol and the Kinshasa Convention'. The workshop was held to validate the study, bringing together RECSA and international and regional experts and practitioners. The workshop was held in Nariobi.

Project description

The UNSCAR funded project 'Mobilising RECSA Member States to Sign, Ratify and Implement the ATT' provides assistance to RECSA to undertake regional advocacy, consultative conferences and public awareness events on the ATT. The project also encourages Member States to harmonise their laws to the provisions of the Treaty.
